Don't get used to. All the fundamental forces that were forcing gas to over $4.00/gal are still there, there just being hidden by the "melt-down" in the financial markets and people liquidating oil holding to cover margin calls on their tanking margin accounts. OPEC also has a habit of letting oil prices drop every few years to knock out alternative energy development projects, and unfortunately corporate America and the MBA types all seem to be stupid enough to the let them do it, rather than continue the projects.
