I am not sure why this makes me feel so good...
Maybe it is the energy and passion of the teacher. I wish I had had a teacher like that or been in such a class at some time when I was a kid. Maybe it is the enthusiasm of the class. It seems rare to see so much emotion - a heartfelt and earnest enjoyment of singing that is refreshingly free from the self-awareness that keeps most kids from expressing themselves creatively. Maybe it's how good they sound. Maybe it is the song. Or perhaps it is all those things and something else, too.
I am not sure why this makes me feel so good, but the simple truth is it does. I hope you enjoy it.
That is just beautiful. How refreshing to see kids (especially this age, when the self-consciousness seems to start) simply creating together. Thanks.

What joy! To see the belief in their eyes...to hear it...untethered and uncontaminated. As long as this sort of thing can happen, I'm convinced everything will turn out fine in the end :) Thanks for it, Teemoh.

Tim, thanks so much for posting this! Man, this is beautiful! The beauty of the music, the diversity of the students, their sincere passion as they sing... this may go down as one of my favorite youtube videos of the year!
