Had...to...get...outSIDE!
It is crazy beautiful today: 60 degrees, sunny and clear. By 3:45 I was feeling insane and had to break out of the office. I rolled down the street to the Starbuck's on 39th. My throat is scratchy so I'm drinking an Odwalla CMonster, which feels like health in a bottle to me, instead of coffee. And best of all, my wireless card pulls up a wireless network that is accessible from across the street. Who knew? Fric & Frac has a wireless network that stretches across 39th street. Did anyone else know this? Shhhh...just in case they don't know.
I was planning on sitting outside and responding to e-mail, loading up my outbox for later distribution. No waiting necessary now.
another free hot spot... this is the type of stuff i like, for sure!

That totally cracks me up, Poss. I love it. I wouldn't have heard you though because I had my iPod on. I normally don't wear it outside because I like to talk to people. However, today was the exception. If you look closely at the pic (click to enlarge) the window is open in the apartment above Fric & Frac. That dude was blaring - I mean blaring - his stereo and all of 39th was subject to his (what I consider) marginal music taste. Next time that happens, egg me or something.

I'm not a big 39er... I tend to stick to the 47 for most of my trips, but I'll look for you hangin' around the stops.
